Submission accepted to the MLKgraphs workshop at DEXA 2021

Several weeks ago, we received good news that our submission was accepted at MLKgraphs 2021, one of the workshops at DEXA 2021.

Title: Bridging Semantic Web and Machine Learning: First Results of a Systematic Mapping Study

The paper presents initial results of a systematic mapping study in the making focusing on systems that combine both a semantic web and a machine learning component. As we also call these systems Semantic Web Machine Learning Systems (SWeMLS) to scope this emerging field, they can be understood as a subset of neuro-symbolic systems.

The paper explains the methodology, research questions and initial results that were derived from paper selection.
